About Donna Baitey
Senior Art Director / Creative Lead
I have a hands-on approach and diverse set of creative skills, I’ve art directed beautiful imagery, written memorable headlines and designed inspiring visuals for many of the best-known brands. I strive for every one of my concepts to stem from an exceptional single-minded idea, and I encourage anyone in my creative team to do the same.
I started my career at BBH where I spent nine years creating integrated campaigns for Audi, Barclays, British Airways, Tesco and AbbVie to name a few. Since then I’ve been freelancing at some of the world’s best agencies including McCann, Ogilvy and Publicis.
Sometimes I work in a team with a copywriter, a lot of the time I work on my own as a Senior Art Director, and sometimes as a Creative Lead with the responsibility of overseeing a creative team. I freelance alongside creating art and illustrations for my online store, Noama.
